  • The volcanic soil surrounding Lake Atitlan is prime coffee real estate. The fertile soil, high elevation, considerable annual rainfall, and relatively cool temperatures provide excellent conditions for coffee to thrive.

This harvest, comprising many lots from smallholders in the village of San Pedro La Laguna, is an excellent example of coffee from the region. Approachable tones of chocolate, red grape, apple; as well as a balanced, mild acidity, are hallmarks. This mellow cup is easy-drinking!
