  •  In the highlands of the rugged Sierra Madre de Chiapas lies the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, a refuge for thousands of incredible plants and animal species. The buffer zone of the Reserve is also home to incredible coffee. This coffee comes from the Triunfo Verde Co-op, which comprises 346 members. All the coffee is shade-grown and biological corridors are created to facilitate bird and animal migration.
