Back by popular demand! Many of you keep an eye out for offerings from the FUDAM association of growers in Colombia and this just might be the best yet. The lively acidity and bright stone fruit make for a highly exciting cup.
Fundación Agraria y Ambiental Para el Desarrollo Sostentible (FUDAM) now stands at over 300 members, all dedicated to the original mission of the organization: sustainable organic farming and environmental protection. When asked recently why the group continues to farm organically despite mounting pressure to rely on chemical inputs, the association’s leadership explained, “This is just how we live, these are our values and our way of life.”
