The cup finishes with honeydew, blueberry, lime, and a touch of jasmine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChelba is a washing station named for the nearby village of Chelba, about 12 km from Yirgacheffe town. More than 800 smallholder producers, most farming around two hectares, deliver cherry from within a three-kilometer radius. As is typical in Ethiopia, the station blends that cherry into day lots, washes it, and dries it on raised beds.
