  • Fenix is typical of the region - sweet, deeper tones merge with brisk, apple-like acidity. If you enjoyed the Quetzal - and many did - this coffee runs in a similar vein.

    Blended together from various smallholders and cooperatives, this coffee is coined "Fenix" as a statement of hopeful solidarity. Because when "working families in Guatemala gain market access and knowledge, we rise together," just like the mythical Phoenix bird.
