  • Well that's a nice coffee! We debuted this at the DC Coffee Festival and sold out almost immediately. The reason is clear once you taste the cup - this coffee is beautiful. Very floral. Very sweet. We're tasting white peach, strawberry, and an assortment of florals. And if you are familiar with Geshas, that will come as no surprise. These coffees are always valued at the very top of the coffee pyramid. We are lucky to snag such a special coffee at an approachable price.

Producer German Carranza works among his large extended family on his 15 hectare plot in northern Peru. The microclimate and biodiversity in this part of the country are prime for coffee production. Carranza's El Bebedero sits in a perfect position at the edge of the vast Amazon rainforest, benefiting from high elevation. Carranza works with a variety of varietals and processing methods but this natural gesha...this is our favorite.
