We roast Monday through Thursday. Orders received by 3:00pm usually ship within the next 2 roasting days.

Because fresh roasted coffee is a perishable food item, it cannot be returned. If your order contains an error or is damaged in transit, please call us at 800-322-6505 within 7 days of arrival to arrange a replacement or refund.
