Our coffee
Every coffee at Hyperion is roasted at our Lexington roastery, Roadmap CoffeeWorks: blends, single origins, darks and decafs. Roadmap and Hyperion are one family business under two names.
About Hyperion
Hyperion Espresso has been a fixture on the corner of William and Princess Anne for more than thirty years. In July 2026 we renovated, expanded the menu and opened the tasting room next door. And we kept the magic.
Also: multiple-time champion of Downtown Fredericksburg’s Best Scarecrow contest. We take it very seriously.
