Our latest natural Ethiopian! This one is delicious. We're tasting lots of fruit, specifically strawberry and watermelon. Supported by notes of toffee and some subtle chocolate, along with sharp lime, you can spend quite a while unwinding all the complexity. We're making an increased effort to offer exceptional natural process Ethiopians year-round and this one is more than worthy.
This one is grown on the southern slopes of a mountain range in the Uraga woreda under ideal coffee-growing conditions: high elevation and a temperate climate. Mr. Mergessa oversees the meticulous farm and washing station. With over 26 years of experience, he ensures every tiny detail is perfect.
Hopefully our roasting does his wonderful coffee justice!
