  • Angel Albino Corzo is the region in Chiapas state, not the producer. The coffee itself comes from the FFESICH cooperative which lies on the eastern edge of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. Devotees will recall we constantly source coffee from this area because it produces round, sweet, chocolatey cups.

El Triunfo it is one of the most diverse forest reserve areas in the world and contains Mesoamerica's largest cloud forest, as well as a protected natural environment for thousands of plant and animal species. This cooperative consists of 2000 farming families. The cooperative supports members through producer financing, farm renovation programs, nursery development, and training in leaf rust management.
