Andres is always experimenting and pushing limits, a result of his curiosity and desire to learn. We're tasting a lot of cherry in this sweet, sweet lot, as well as plenty of citrus. He achieves this through an extended fermentation in cherry inside sealed tanks with an addition of coffee cherry juice from previous batches.

Andrés has been working with coffee since he was 12 years old. Currently, he manages his uncle’s farm, Villa Lucía, where he cultivates coffee varieties such as Colombia, Castillo, and Cenicafe.
