  • Great name. Great flavor. If you've had Mexican coffee from us before, you know the type of profile we seek: deep-toned and very sweet. This is a great example of the genre.

This coffee is produced by small farmers in the Cooperativa de produccion Tzeltal-Tzotzil, an organization operating in the northern part of Chiapas, Mexico. Coffee farms in this area are small - typically less than 10 acres - and often produce honey as well. Environmentally conscious, this coffee is certified organic at the farm level.
